In my screenshot, below the numbers it appears letters ABC and D. What’s the use of this letters? Different intervals or workouts?
Thanks.

It is virtual keyboard buttons. You can disable virtual keyboard:
Goto Settings -> Application Mgr -> Installed Apps -> App1 - Highlight MITT, then choose Options -> Suite Settings -> On-screen Keyboard -> Off
I’m technically challenged, so this may be a stupid question. Can this be put on an ipod or mp3?
